I came to this point in my life through multi-cultural family, working around the world, personal experiences like being overweight, living unhealthy, and excess consumption. As a food and beverage producer, I saw the many facets and effects this industry has on our world; climate, water, resources, energy, waste, and health. Balance must be restored and this industry needs to come out of the Industrial Age into the Global ERA of Sustainability.
