By Car
From Berlin
(Distance Berlin-Heiligendamm 248 km, about 2.5 hours)
A 19 to Rostock Kreuz, take A20 towards Lübeck / Wismar. Exit 13 to Bad Doberan, then follow the signs to Heiligendamm.
From Hamburg
(Distance Hamburg-Heiligendamm 188 km, approximately 2 hours)
A 1 to Lübeck intersection, continue on the A20 towards Rostock. Exit 12 direction Kröpelin. In Kröpelin on the B 105 via Reddelich and Steffenshagen, then follow the signs to Heiligendamm.
By Train
Take an Inter-City (ICE) train from Hamburg or Berlin to Rostock. You will take a bus or train (whichever the site determines is fastest) to reach Bad Doberan. Then take the historic narrow gauge railway “Molli” – it takes guests from Bad Doberan to our front door at Heilgendamm. Alternatively, take a taxi from Rostock directly to the Grand Hotel Heiligendamm.
